Following an accident

Avoid confrontation with other parties and do not admit liability. If somebody is injured, your insurance details have to be produced immediately or within 24 hours at your nearest police station. Contact your insurer as soon as possible.

Things to remember

Complete your insurers accident report form as fully as possible. Telephone or bring your vehicle to  Nationwide Warwick and arrange an estimate. You will only require one estimate unless the repairer and the insurance engineer do not agree. Opening Hours:- Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Outside normal office hours will transfer automatically to our 24 hour recovery service. Submit the estimate to your insurer for approval and let them know where the vehicle can be inspected. Once you receive the go ahead, arrange with us a date when the work can be carried out. Note that even if the insurer says you can go ahead with the repair, this does not automatically mean that they will meet the claim. Ask about our "Keep You Motoring" policy, if you require transport.

Final Note

Recent surveys have shown that most accidents happen within a 10 mile radius of your home.
